How to read this recording

The large clock is the end of the last closed hourly interval. Energy values are measured hourly kWh, not live kW. Replay advances one checkpoint at a time: one day takes 10 seconds at 1×.

The left column is today, the local day up to this hour. The right column is the selected-range total up to this hour. At midnight, the finished day is retained at its closing checkpoint. The next checkpoint starts the next day.

Charts show the whole selected historical period, including data after the playhead, to help you find interesting dates. Daily weather is a daylight-hours summary, not a forecast. Missing hours are marked, not estimated. A partial day still shows its observed total.

Whole-home load already includes the EV. Invalid EV readings are excluded from both EV and home-without-EV totals, but not from whole-home load. These energy rows are not additive.

Glow import is the billing source. Savings are max(0, house − grid import) × recorded import rate per hour; the self-supplied part of a mixed hour counts. No solar/battery allocation is invented. Standing is separate, charged once only for fully recorded days. Export credit is separate from savings and is not added to it. It is £0 before 25 Sep 2026 07:49 BST, then £0.08/kWh unless the hour already stamps a credit.

All processing runs in your browser. Monthly original JSONL archives are fetched from Home Assistant on page load; the inspector displays the selected original record. Those archives are downloadable by anyone who can access their public URLs; the inspector is not access control. No Home Assistant controls or analytics service is used.
