Each project gets its own subdirectory under public-site/. The root stays clean and points people at what exists.
This is the front door for things FB and Adrian build with me. New public projects live one directory below this root, and this page is the map so random bystanders don’t need privileged chat archaeology to find them.

The site is live, slightly smug, and now has an actual useful thing on it instead of just vibes.
